My passion is to resource leaders to fulfill their call. I love working with leaders who want to maximize the impact of their teams, sharpen their perspective through scholarly discipline, and enlarge their heart to love and understand diverse cultures. My scholarly pursuits include organizational and spiritual leadership, organizational identity, globalization, learning theory, and systems thinking.

Adjunct professor, University of Colorado (Boulder): undergraduate courses: Research Theory and Methodology; Pepperdine University: Masters of Science in Organizational Development: Thesis advisor, Learning Group Consultant; Life Pacific College: Masters of Arts in Strategic Leadership: Leadership Theory and Praxis, Organizational Dynamics, Current Trends in Organization Theory; Kings University: Masters of Divinity and undergraduate courses: Servant Leadership, Organizational Leadership.

I founded and led a congregation for twenty years and now lead a five-state region where I oversee pastors and churches. I have been to 28 countries in six continents working with national leaders, pastors, and business executives developing strategy and providing coaching and encouragement. I have experienced a wide spectrum of organizational changes and transitions: from a very small volunteer-led organization to a multi-staff, multi-service, multi-cultural church that serves the local community and resources leaders and organizations in several countries. I have also worked with businesses and NGOs in the US, Mexico, and China to diagnose structure, systems, culture, and leadership style. My consulting specialties are leadership development, organizational learning, and appreciative inquiry interventions.
